The Sketch Pad Cafe Now Open in Pixar Place Hotel at Disneyland Resort

The new quick-service location, The Sketch Pad Cafe, has officially opened in Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel – soon to be renamed Pixar Place Hotel – at the Disneyland Resort.

Sketches tracking the development of some of the most beloved Pixar characters adorn the walls throughout the space. In fact, I was able to take a peek at some of them during my visit last year!

The cafe will serve breakfast pastries such as croissants, bagels, muffins, and breads from the renowned Röckenwagner Bakery in addition to all kinds of sweet treats like dark chocolate chip cookies and salted caramel brownies. Of course, a variety of fine coffees, espressos, teas, and juices will be available as well.

Hot items will also be available with dishes like mini frittatas (for meat lovers or vegetarians), avocado toast, or pizza bagels. A ‘Balance Box’ will be available for guests on the go with a variety of options to choose from, like roasted garlic hummus, pita bread, veggies, and a hard-boiled egg. How about an ‘Adult Snackable’ with meat, cheese, and crackers? There will also be a coconut chai yogurt parfait, overnight oats, and fresh fruit cups, along with packaged sandwiches and salads.
