Now that Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is officially open in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World, I thought we might take a closer look at some fun facts about the attraction. I am a big fan of digging a little deeper into Disney attractions to learn more about their creation, as well as things to look for when I get to ride. These particular fun facts are all based on numbers, and some of them may surprise you!

- 2,009 and counting – the number of fireflies in the attraction
- 1927 – the year Tiana’s Mardi Gras season party takes place
- 50 – height in feet of the biggest drop
- 48 – all-new audio-animatronics figures featured in the attraction
- 40 – minimum height requirement in inches to ride the attraction
- 19 – number of critters including a turtle, raccoon, rabbit, fox, bears, frogs, and more
- 18 – songs featured in the attraction’s queue
- 11 – approximate duration in minutes of the Tiana’s Bayou Adventure ride experience
