In celebration of the grand opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure in Disneyland Park, there are some new menu items, plus an adorable Raymond Firefly Straw Clip coming to Tiana’s Palace in New Orleans Square beginning November 15th!
Classic beignets (dusted with powdered sugar and honey drizzle) are obviously on the menu, but they’ll only be available November 15 – 17 while supplies last. We wish that the beignets were a permanent addition to the menu.

Catfish Po’boy: Southern-style dusted catfish filet with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise on toasted New Orleans French Bread with remoulade sauce served with red beans, rice, and house-made pickles
Jambalaya: Chicken, andouille sausage, heritage rice, and creole sauce
House-filled Beignet: Strawberry cream filling topped with strawberry glaze
Our DIS Unlimited team will be at Disneyland covering the opening of the new attraction, and we hope to be able to sample some of these new tasty bites!
