The new Halekulani cocktail blends bourbon, pineapple juice, orange juice, a splash of grenadine, and a dash of Angostura bitters for a bold, smooth sipper with island vibes. The name, apart from being one of my favorite Honolulu hotels to enjoy a beachfront dinner from, roughly translates to ‘house befitting heaven’, giving us all the feels when it comes to catching a sunset with this summer drink in hand.
