Our house-smoked, blackened chicken tenders bring the heat (but not too much), resting on a bed of creamy fingerling potato salad and crisp mixed greens tossed in a Sherry Vinaigrette. We top it off with juicy tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and briny Kalamata olives for the perfect bite.
