New Orleans-inspired favorites added to redesigned menu at Sassagoula Floatworks & Food Factory

An updated menu is coming to Sassagoula Floatworks & Food Factory at Disney’s Port Orleans French Quarter Resort when it reopens November 19. The flavors will be inspired by the foods of New Orleans.

There will be several specialty burgers available, including a Cajun King Burger with Andouille sausage, Cheddar Cheese and Creole mustard aioli, and a Crawfish Mac & Cheese Burger.

Other New Orleans favorites will include gumbo, Jambalaya, and Po’ Boys, topped with catfish, shrimp, or beef. العاب على الهاتف

Jambalaya

A create-your-own rice bowl will give the option of pulled pork, catfish, or shrimp; red or black beans; and Cajun, dirty, or white rice.

The create-your-own pasta, salads, and pizza will remain on the menu for both lunch and dinner. لعبة روليت مجانا Other new entrees will be prime rib, pork rack, roasted sustainable fish, fried chicken, and BBQ ribs. لعبة تربح منها المال These entrees will be served with sides such as Maque Choux, collard greens, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, mac and cheese, macaroni salad, and red beans and rice.

New items have been added to the breakfast menu as well: Crispy-Fried Chicken on a Biscuit with maple-bacon jam; Molasses-Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll; House-made Coffee Cake; Jumbo Sweet Potato Belgian Waffle topped with toasted pecans, whipped cream, and apple-cranberry compote; Cajun Grit Bowl with Shrimp and soft-poached eggs; Breakfast Po’ Boy with scrambled eggs, Andouille sausage, and sautéed peppers and onions; and Pain Perdu, French toast made with a baguette and warm fruit topping.

For dessert, choose from made-to-order beignets with raspberry, caramel, or chicory-coffee ganache. Also available are a gelato sundae in a beignet bowl, warm Chocolate-Caramel Bread Pudding, house-made Pecan Pralines, or a Louisiana-style King Cake.
