Live BLUEY Show & More Coming to Disneyland in 2026

Disneyland Resort is gearing up for a massive year in 2026, and the biggest headline is something many have been begging for: Bluey is finally coming to Disneyland Park! The resort revealed a full look at next year’s lineup, which includes new entertainment, returning favorites, expanded seasonal events, a flurry of construction activity, and the final months of Disneyland’s 70th anniversary celebration.

‘Bluey’s Best Day Ever’ Takes Over Fantasyland Theatre

Beginning March 22nd, Fantasyland Theatre will debut Bluey’s Best Day Ever, a brand new live stage production starring Bluey and Bingo. For the first time, guests will see the Heelers in a fully immersive, in-person show created to mirror the humor, music, and interactive play that define the series.

The theater will be transformed into Bluey’s primary school, complete with a life-sized Gnome Village and Fairy Garden where guests can explore between performances. Throughout the day, Bluey and Bingo will appear live onstage alongside a cast of comedic actors and musicians. Expect familiar games like “Keepy Uppy”, musical moments inspired by fan-favorite episodes, and themed food offerings at Troubadour Tavern. This is Bluey’s first official appearance at Disneyland, following the announcement earlier this year that the franchise would expand into Disney’s parks and cruise line.

The 70th Anniversary Enters Its Final Stretch

Disneyland’s 70th anniversary celebration continues through August 9, 2026, with major entertainment returning early next year. World of Color Happiness and Tapestry of Happiness carry over from the holiday season, while The Celebrate Happy Cavalcade, Wondrous Journeys, and Paint the Night all come back in January to finish out the celebration in style.

Star Wars, Soarin’, and More New Experiences

A new Mandalorian and Grogu mission arrives at Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run on May 22nd, the same day their new film hits theaters.

Later in the year, Plaza de la Familia takes place August 21st through November 2nd, and Halloween Time returns August 21st through October 31st. Oogie Boogie Bash expands once again, now offering a record 33 event nights between August 18th and October 31st. Finally, the 2026 holiday season at Disneyland Resort kicks off November 18th.

Several Disneyland After Dark events return in 2026, offering exclusive themed entertainment offerings, rare character appearances, and more on select nights after the park closes to day guests:

Construction for the expansion of Avengers Campus is already underway.

The Downtown Disney transformation continues with Earl of Sandwich, Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby, and lululemon all scheduled to open in 2026.

Whether you’re planning a spring visit for the Bluey debut or looking ahead to Halloween and holiday traditions, 2026 offers plenty of reasons to keep Disneyland on your travel calendar!
