The 2025 Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade will bring a full slate of performances, characters, and holiday moments to viewers on December 25. Disney shared new details about this year’s broadcast, which continues a tradition that began in 1983 and now reaches millions of households each Christmas morning.

The parade airs at 10 a.m. EST, 9 a.m. CST, and 5 a.m. MST and PST on ABC. It streams on Disney+, Hulu, and the Disney YouTube channel at 11 a.m. EST and 8 a.m. PST. The special will remain available to stream through January 4, 2026.

Alfonso Ribeiro returns as host for the second year. Ginnifer Goodwin joins him as co-host, bringing her Disney connection from Zootopia 2. Maia Kealoha, who stars as Lilo in the upcoming live-action Lilo and Stitch, serves as parade correspondent on the route at Magic Kingdom.
This year introduces a new twist. Disney Villains receive their own parade section for the first time at Magic Kingdom. Classic holiday floats and character appearances continue throughout the broadcast.

Musical performances come from Disney destinations around the world. Gwen Stefani performs White Christmas at Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland Resort. Coco Jones sings This Christmas at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Iam Tongi performs The Christmas Song from Aulani. Lady A brings Winter Wonderland to EPCOT. Nicole Scherzinger performs Christmas (Baby Please Come Home) at Disneyland. Mariah the Scientist performs Please Come Home for Christmas at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Bebe Rexha closes with Last Christmas at Cinderella Castle.

The broadcast includes surprise vacation gifts for several families and a tribute recognizing a Walt Disney World cast member who makes a positive impact through their work.
Viewers will also see new previews. Disney and Pixar’s Hoppers and the live-action Moana both appear in early looks ahead of their release next year.
The parade returns December 25, continuing a four-decade holiday tradition for Disney fans.
