The Strawberry Delight
It’s a Sentimental Cookie Release to Celebrate the Month of Love! Hearkening back to the Strawberry Cremes in your Valentine’s box of candy, this Limited Edition Strawberry Cookie is a carefully crafted Strawberry Dough created with our housemade Strawberry Puree. We fill that loving dough with Dark Chocolates and sprinkled the top with our Strawberry Infused Sugar. Unlike chocolate strawberry candies, you won’t find any food coloring or extracts here. Our strawberry is sourced directly from Mother Earth!

The Eternal Flame Cake
The Eternal Flame Cake is a 3-Layer Double Frosted Chocolate work of art! One layer is a lovingly made Red Cherry Buttercream, and the outer layer brings the intensity with a Chocolate Fudge Buttercream mixed with a little bit of that Eternal Flame spice. This beautiful cake features Cherry Roses that love so hard they bleed red ganache for you. Heat Level to our palate: Entry Level (aka Pffft, you think that’s hot?)

This alluring dessert is the perfect Valentine’s Cake for your whole cake preorder needs! Valentine Trinity Cake
We are very happy to tell you about a very special Gideon’s Cake that will be available only on Valentine’s Weekend. Back when Gideon’s only existed in my kitchen, I would sell cakes with a Cheesecake center. The recipe was passed down to me from my Italian family. In 10 years, it has never been duplicated in a cake until this month. The Valentine Trinity Cake features a layer of Strawberry Cake, Chocolate Cake, and Italian Cheesecake. It also has three different buttercreams: Strawberry, Chocolate, and Marshmallow. This one is a must. I hope you enjoy it!

The Fire & Iced Coffee offers you a smooth Mocha Nitro Cold Brew with a warm spicy finish. WE LOVE THIS ONE SO SO MUCH!!! Like all of our Cold Brew, you won’t find any cheap flavor syrups here! All house made! All high quality ingredients with locally roasted beans! We will be offering this special February love potion exclusively at Gideon’s in Disney Springs all month. For those of you that love that kick, this is the Cold Brew you’ve been waiting for! Heat Level to our palate: Fairly hot if you drink it fast enough!

The Brief Tale of Signore Pipistrello:
If we believe the rumors about the mysterious Pipistrello, he was found orphaned in the alps of Northern Italy. Given the boy’s peculiar looks, he was abandoned at a nearby village until a wealthy eccentric decided to raise him as his own. He exposed the unusual son to the most exemplary academics of his age, studying philosophy, alchemy, and music, eventually molding the young boy into a true renaissance bat.There are two ways to get this menu! 1) They are handed out to those waiting in line at Gideon’s in Disney Springs. 2) One will come with each merchandise order placed this February at gideonsbakehouse.com
