Families with young Disney fans will soon have a new way to bring favorite stories to life at bedtime. Disney and Pixar content will be available on the Luna StoryTime Projector starting in summer 2026.

The expansion will introduce well-known characters and stories from across Disney and Pixar into Luna’s growing content library. Titles inspired by Moana, Frozen, Toy Story, Cars, The Lion King, and Mickey Mouse are all planned, giving families plenty of familiar favorites to look forward to.

The Luna StoryTime Projector is designed to make bedtime and quiet play feel a little more magical. The device combines projected illustrations, audio narration, and a soft night light into a single, kid-friendly experience. Stories are projected onto walls or ceilings, turning a bedroom into an interactive storybook that encourages imagination while helping kids wind down.

According to the press release, each Disney Luna Content Character will deliver more than 30 minutes of story-based content when used with the projector. The experiences blend narration, projected words, illustrated scenes, and gentle animation, all designed to support storytelling and early learning in a calm, engaging way.

The first release, Luna StoryTime Disney Princess Collection, arrives in July 2026. It will include eight stories inspired by Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, Mulan, Tangled, The Little Mermaid, and The Princess and the Frog. Additional Disney and Pixar content is set to roll out over the following months:
- September 2026: Moana and Frozen
- November 2026: Mickey Mouse
- December 2026: Toy Story and Cars
- January 2027: The Lion King
The collaboration builds on its mission to make storytime more interactive and memorable for families. The Luna StoryTime collection is currently available through major retailers, including Amazon, Target, Walmart, Kohl’s, Barnes & Noble, and LunaStoryTime.com. The starter set has an MSRP of $59.99, with additional content characters suggested at $17.99.
For families looking for new ways to mix Disney storytelling into nightly routines, Luna’s upcoming releases offer a fresh take on classic tales – no screens required.
