D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event presented by Visa is just six months away, returning August 14-16, 2026, bringing Disney fans together for three days of presentations, panels, and showcases from across The Walt Disney Company.
A few familiar favorites are back, including the Mousequerade costume contest and the major evening showcases at the Honda Center, including three headliners: the Disney Entertainment Showcase, Disney Experiences Showcase, and the Disney Legends Award Ceremony on Sunday.
Outside the main event, additional fan gatherings are planned, including D23 Night at Angel Stadium on August 12, and D23 Day at the Disneyland Resort on August 13.
On the show floor at the Anaheim Convention Center, expect more than 50 panels, new exhibits, and interactive experiences. Highlights include a behind-the-scenes Walt Disney Archives exhibit, a preview of the touring Mundo Pixar walkthrough, and the first-ever Disney Lorcana Challenge Championship Qualifier. (Remember, the Emporium Vendor Hall has been retired from the show floor.)
2026 Event Tickets
Ticket sales begin in tiers for D23 Gold Members:
- March 31 (10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET): Gold Charter Members (24-hour window)
- April 2 (10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET): Gold Essential, Choice, and Complete Members
- April 2 (12 p.m. PT / 3 p.m. ET): All other Gold Members
Each Gold Member may purchase up to six tickets total (for themselves and five guests).
Ticket options include:
- D23 Fan Pass: $49 (Afternoon Only), $99 (1-Day), $297 (3-Day)
- D23 Ultimate Fan Pass: starting at $99 (1-Day) and $297 (3-Day)
- D23 Ultimate Preferred Fan Pass: $1,299–$2,599

2026 Disney Legends Ceremony
The week’s events will conclude with the Disney Legends Award Ceremony, a tribute to the creators and leaders whose contributions have defined Disney across generations. The honor was established in 1987, and was traditionally awarded annually during a special private ceremony. However, since 2009, it has been awarded during Disney’s D23 fan event every 2 years.
