During one of the busiest times of the year, Disneyland Park has reopened, at least temporarily, the Big Thunder Trail.
These pictures from @ParksAndCons Twitter feed show that guests are getting a sneak peak at the construction happening inside the new Star Wars themed land as they walk the Trail.
The Big Thunder Trail ran behind Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and connected Frontierland to Fantasyland. The Trail was closed at the beginning of the year when construction began for the upcoming Star Wars area.
The temporary path is lined with chain link fence and lit with very temporary looking lighting strung along the fence, but the path should help with congestion on New Year’s Eve, which is one of the two busiest days of the year.
No opening date has been announced for the Star Wars-themed land.
