Six Ravens, the upcoming medieval-themed eatery from the team behind the wildly popular Gideon’s Bakehouse, has received an official listing on the Disney World dining page, which means its opening is getting closer than we know it!

Per the official Disney World dining page: “Discover a celebration of savory at Six Ravens—a new culinary experience from the creators of Gideon’s Bakehouse, the beloved local bake shop in Disney Springs.”
While details like the Coffyn hand pies and the general concept had been previously teased, the official Disney listing fills in several specifics for the first time. Potato-based sides will be served alongside two dipping sauce options: sweet heat and honey mustard. Desserts will come in the form of tarts, and guests will be able to wash it all down with root beer on tap or a rotating selection of local draft beer.

The Concept
Disney describes the restaurant as “a modern take on delicious medieval eats,” with the Coffyn serving as its signature centerpiece. A Coffyn is a house-made yeast roll that fully encases sandwich-style fillings (think a medieval-inspired hand pie) with recipes developed in collaboration with Gideon’s kitchen and a number of Central Florida chefs and restaurants.

Six Ravens pays tribute to the Tower of London and the longstanding legend that resident ravens guard the tower to this day. The Coffyn itself takes its name from a pastry that was widely popular throughout medieval Europe and continued to appear in kitchens through the English Tudor period in the early 1600s.
Six Ravens will be located in The Landing area of Disney Springs, specifically in the former Art of Shaving storefront, just a few doors down from the main Gideon’s Bakehouse location.

A summer 2026 opening has been confirmed, though no specific month or date has been announced. The addition of an official Disney listing typically indicates an opening is on the near horizon, so those eager to try a Coffyn for themselves may not have much longer to wait!
