The wildly popular bakery, famous for its nearly half-pound cookies and over-the-top cake slices, has unveiled a fresh lineup of seasonal flavors for June, and they sound every bit as delicious as we’ve come to expect. Sharing these new menu options is one of my favorite things about a new month, and this selection is no exception. Let’s take a look!
Butterscotch’s Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie
This handmade, almost half-pound prize focuses on two rich flavors, and the name says it all! The dough comprises a beautiful mixture of Gideon’s secrets and Biscoff Cookie Butter Spices and is packed with premium Butterscotch Chips and crushed Biscoff Cookies! The combination is so very flavorful! Butterscotch has a sweet tooth so this one is more sugary than the typical richness of a Gideon’s Cookie, but in the best possible way!

Grand Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cake
It’s a Cookie Butter POWER UP! This Supreme version of our Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cake will knock your socks off! It brings you three layers of our Vanilla Bean Cake, a new Butterscotch Buttercream, a thick layer of REAL Cookie Butter, Butterscotch Chips, and Biscoff Cookie Crumbs in between the cake layers. And take a look at that sweet Cookie Butter Drip!

Speaking of Coffee, let’s bring back a Mourning Joe Favorite! This towering behemoth features three layers of our super soft Chocolate Cake smothered in our signature thick double frosted layers of both Coffee Buttercream AND Toffee Buttercream! What’s that crunch in the middle? It’s Chocolate Mini Chips and Toffee Pieces! This blast of flavor is only here by the slice this month!
