Disneyland Resort just dropped a full look at its 2026 Halloween Time season, and there’s one big addition that’s going to get a lot of attention right away: a brand-new Haunted Mansion-themed street party.
New Haunted Mansion Street Party Debuts at Oogie Boogie Bash

Coming to this year’s Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party, a new experience called “Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake – A Haunted Mansion Street Party” will bring the attraction out into the streets of Disney California Adventure.
Disney says the new street party features Madame Leota as host of a lively séance with “happy haunts,” dancing spirits, and multiple performance moments throughout the night. The concept draws from the classic tone of the Haunted Mansion, blending eerie visuals with playful energy.
There will also be a new dessert party option tied to the street party, featuring themed treats inspired by The Nightmare Before Christmas. More details on that are expected later this summer.

Beyond the new entertainment, Oogie Boogie Bash is sticking with what works. Guests can expect:
- Trick-or-treat trails throughout the park
- Rare character appearances, including villains
- Villains Grove returning to Redwood Creek Challenge Trail
- The Headless Horseman roaming the park at select times

The event runs on 33 select nights from August 18 through October 31, 2026, with tickets going on sale starting June 18, 2026.

Halloween Time Returns to Disneyland Resort
Halloween Time officially runs August 21 through October 31, 2026, with both parks leaning into seasonal overlays, décor, and entertainment.
At Disneyland Park, Haunted Mansion Holiday returns with Jack Skellington, Sally, and a brand-new gingerbread house display in the ballroom. The Main Street Pumpkin Festival and giant Mickey pumpkin will also be back, along with seasonal projections during the “Halloween Screams” nighttime show.

Over at Disney California Adventure, the park transforms with fan-favorite overlays:
- Radiator Screams takes over Cars Land
- Guardians of the Galaxy – Monsters After Dark returns
- Mickey’s Trick and Treat show begins August 18

Decor across the park includes Oogie Boogie displays, the Headless Horseman statue, and seasonal touches throughout Buena Vista Street.
Plaza de la Familia and Fall Offerings Return

Disney also confirmed the return of Plaza de la Familia, running August 21 through November 2, 2026 at Disney California Adventure.
The celebration includes:
- Coco-inspired live entertainment
- Mariachi performances
- A memory wall and marigold displays
- Seasonal Mexican-inspired food offerings
Guests can also expect fall-themed food, merchandise, and hotel décor throughout the resort, along with activities like Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit scavenger hunt.
What to Know Before Halloween Season Begins
Before the Halloween season kicks off, Disneyland will continue offering:
- “Paint the Night” parade
- “Wondrous Journeys” nighttime show
- “World of Color – ONE” (returning August 10)

These will run for a limited time ahead of the seasonal transition.
There’s a lot packed into this year’s lineup, but the new Haunted Mansion street party is clearly the headline grabber. Disneyland doesn’t add new entertainment to Oogie Boogie Bash often, so this is very exciting to look forward to if you’re heading out to California this fall.
