A new quick-service spot is getting close to opening at Disney Springs, and we’ve got our first look at the exterior of Six Ravens.
We recently stopped by the location, and from the outside, it looks nearly ready to go. The building’s façade leans heavily into a darker, weathered look, with wood-toned paneling and muted details that already feel very different from the surrounding storefronts. About the only thing missing at this point is signage.

The windows are still covered with bold red panels and raven silhouettes layered across them, blocking any view inside. It’s a fun thematic touch, and also a pretty effective way to keep everything under wraps for now. Whatever is going on inside, Disney clearly isn’t ready for a preview just yet.

We still don’t have an exact opening date, but Six Ravens is expected to debut sometime this summer. When it does, it will serve as a sister concept to the wildly popular Gideon’s Bakehouse just a few doors down, which already has a strong following at Disney Springs.

As for what guests can expect once it opens, Disney has described Six Ravens as offering a “modern take on delicious medieval eats.” The signature item will be something called a Coffyn, a house-made yeast roll that fully encases sandwich-style fillings, similar to a handheld pie. The concept was developed in collaboration with Gideon’s kitchen along with several Central Florida chefs.

Six Ravens shared last month that side dishes will include potato-based options with dipping sauces like sweet heat and honey mustard, while desserts will feature tarts. Drinks on offer will include root beer on tap and a rotating selection of local draft beers.

For now, the exterior is giving us just enough to be curious, while the interior remains a mystery. As soon as Disney shares more, or those ravens finally move out of the way, we’ll have a better idea of what to look forward to next.
