runDisney has given us our first look at the medals runners will be taking home from the 2026 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend, and this year’s collection is packed with characters and nods to countries around EPCOT’s World Showcase.
The race weekend celebrates the flavors and stories found throughout World Showcase, with runners taking on a 5K, 10K, half marathon, or the Two Course Challenge at Walt Disney World. Naturally, the medals follow that same theme, and there are some really cute designs in the bunch.
The Disney Wine & Dine 5K medal features Marie, Toulouse, and Berlioz from The Aristocats. The three kittens are front and center on the medal, with Marie also making an appearance on the purple medal ribbon.

For the Disney Wine & Dine 10K, it’s time to head south of the border with Donald Duck and his pals José Carioca and Panchito Pistoles from The Three Caballeros. All three appear on the colorful medal, with Donald looking particularly enthusiastic about his maracas!

The Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon heads across the pond with the penguin servers from Mary Poppins. The 13.1-mile medal features the trio dressed in their finest, while the ribbon carries the same penguin theme. Mary Poppins’ fabulous umbrella is even a part of this medal!

Runners completing the Disney Two Course Challenge, which combines the 10K and half marathon for 19.3 miles, will earn an additional medal – that’s 3 medals in one weekend! This one opens to reveal a second design inside, complete with a silhouette of Snow White and the words “Finisher 19.3 Miles.”

Don’t forget about the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend Post-Race Party at EPCOT on October 25. Admission is included for runners registered for the half marathon or Two Course Challenge, while friends and family can purchase tickets separately and join the celebration.
These medals are always part of the fun of a runDisney weekend, but I really like how much personality Disney packed into this year’s designs. Whether you’re running 3.1 miles or tackling all 19.3 miles of the challenge, there’s some pretty fantastic hardware waiting at the finish line!
