Spooky season has officially descended upon Raglan Road Irish Pub at Disney Springs, and this year’s Halloween menu has some really fun additions. We’re talking mummy-wrapped sausages, a Guinness pie with a jack-o’-lantern grin, pumpkin cheesecake, and a couple of fall drinks that seem very well suited to an Irish pub.
Let’s start with the Bandaged Bangers, because look at them! Mini sausages are wrapped in golden pastry to resemble tiny mummies, complete with little eyes peeking out between the “bandages.” They’re served with a bright and tangy cherry buffalo sauce for dipping.
The Raglan Ghostly Guinness Pie gets into the Halloween spirit with a pastry jack-o’-lantern face baked right into the top. Inside is a hearty combination of braised beef, wild mushrooms, and Guinness gravy. Between the name and that wicked little grin, this one might be my favorite of the bunch.
For something even heartier, there’s a Black Barrel Whiskey Ribs special featuring a half rack of slow-cooked pork ribs coated in Jameson Black Barrel Whiskey glaze and served with Guinness glaze on the side. And yes, we’re apparently going all-in on Irish spirits here. I don’t see a problem.
Dessert brings us the appropriately named Proper Little Pumpkin, which is Raglan Road’s signature cheesecake given a pumpkin spice makeover. The presentation is adorable, with the cheesecake itself shaped and decorated like a tiny pumpkin and sitting on a bed of chocolate crumbs.
There are plenty of seasonal drinks joining the fun, too. The Irish Pumpkin Shake takes Raglan Road’s signature Baileys Shake and adds pumpkin spice before finishing it with creamy cinnamon cold foam. There’s also a Samhain Sangria, described as fruity without being overly sweet or sour.
And finally, there’s a new beer on tap called Booo! Pumpkin Cream Ale, brewed exclusively for Raglan Road by Tampa’s 81Bay Brewing Company. The nitro cream ale combines pumpkin with cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla notes. Raglan Road says it was inspired by an Irish Cream Ale while putting an Irish spin on an American fall favorite, which feels particularly appropriate considering Halloween’s origins in the ancient Irish festival of Samhain.
If you happen to be at Walt Disney World this Labor Day weekend, there’s even more happening at Raglan Road. The restaurant’s annual Great Irish Hooley is underway through Monday, September 7, with live Irish music, dancing, special food and drinks, and performances throughout the weekend. There’s no cover charge, although reservations are strongly recommended.
Honestly, Raglan Road didn’t need to make tiny sausages look like mummies to convince me to stop by (if only I lived a little closer), but Bandaged Bangers is an awfully strong argument. And that little pumpkin cheesecake isn’t exactly hurting their case either. This menu will be served until November 1, 2026.
