Party for the Planet Presented by Disneynature April 21-23 at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

This weekend at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disneynature is holding a Party for the Planet. From April 21-23 there will be additional experiences available in the park to celebrate the planet. Here are some of the “two dozen special” experiences that will be included in the event:

  • In the Oasis, guests can raise awareness of Disney Conservation Fund by choosing “one of 10 different animal cut-outs,” and then sharing them on social media with the hashtag #DisneyAnimals. The Disney Conservation Fund protects animals through its Reverse the Decline, and Increase the Time initiatives.
  • The Maharajah Jungle Trek will be offering “an activity focused on snow leopards.” Snow leopards are featured in the upcoming Disneynature film Born in China.
  • Special Earth Day props, and Born in China themed images can be added to Disney PhotoPass photos during the weekend to celebrate the event.
