Disney has announced that Sebastian’s Bistro, the new table service restaurant that opened at Caribbean Beach Resort back in October of 2018, will be discontinuing their lunch service beginning January 27, 2019.
Disney is stating that the reason for the change is they’re hearing that their guests would rather have lunch in a more casual atmosphere.
Beginning January 27, Sebastian’s Bistro will only serve dinner from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Lunch options will continue to be offered at Spyglass Grill and Centertown Market beginning at 11:30 a.m. and the Banana Cabana pool bar beginning at noon daily.
