Disney’s Acquisition of Fox is Now Complete and Will Take Effect March 20

21st Century Fox and The Walt Disney Company have issued press releases which confirm that Disney’s acquisition of Fox is now finalized and becomes effective at 12:02 a.m. Eastern Time on March 20, 2019.
