Each month, the WonderGround Gallery in Downtown Disney at the Disneyland Resort hosts artists who not only show off their work, but also demonstrate their process and chat with guests.
This month’s Featured Artisan of the Month is Kristin Tercek, a self-taught artist whose paintings feature characters who “come to life in the form of cute foods, charming botanicals, and both real and imagined animals.”
Tercek will appear on May 4 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and May 5 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
The May Artist in Residence is Steph Laberis, a freelance illustrator and character designer for animation. In addition, Laberis has worked in toy design, game development, and children’s book illustration. Her love of animals is evident in her art.
Laberis will appear May 4-5, 11-12, 18-19, 25 and 26 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm each day.
