Festival Disney is part of the Disney Youth Programs that are available to middle and high school students who take part in performing arts.
The annual program at Walt Disney World hosts choirs, bands, and orchestras from schools around the world and will take place during select weekends from March 6 to April 25, 2020.
This competition gives instrumental and vocal students to compete with other groups and enjoy a bit of magic at the Disney theme parks as well. There are competitive and non-competitive performance opportunities; the Directors have the choice when they sign up which gives a more custom experience for the students.
Each weekend festival comes to a close with an awards ceremony recognizing groups for earning “Best in Class,” as well as gold, silver, and bronze awards for their performance.
