If your next Walt Disney World or Disneyland vacation is quite some time away and you’re looking for a way to connect with a bit of Disney magic, the recently released book, Entertaining with Disney, has a few ideas for you.

Today, we’ll take a peek at a recipe from the chapter entitled “Frozen Winter Wonderland Holiday Brunch” as we celebrate the November 22nd release of Frozen 2.
The chapter is chock-full of simple, yet elegant, Frozen-themed food and beverage recipes and ideas, such as Arendelle Winter Waffle Bar, Olaf’s Snowballs, and Anna’s Ham, Egg, and Cheese Croissant Sandwiches. Today, we’ll focus on a recipe for one of the signature brunch beverages: Elsa’s Eggnog.

In order to make Elsa’s Eggnog, you’ll need to grab just a few items on your next Target run: vanilla ice cream, a half gallon of eggnog, a two liter bottle of lemon/lime soda (we’ll save the 7Up vs Sprite debate for another time), and a bit of nutmeg to top the whole thing off.
In a punch bowl (or other large beverage container), combine the eggnog and soda. Add ten scoops of vanilla ice cream to the eggnog mixture, and top with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
If you try this creamy treat, please let us know your thoughts in the comment section below. And, if you have additional Frozen-themed celebration ideas, please share those as well. We all need a bit of Disney magic from time to time!
