Three new Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge pins debut January 17th for guests that play and earn achievements on the Play Disney Parks app while at Disney’s Hollywood Studios or Disneyland Park.
The pins feature the two attractions plus BB-8 and are available for purchase only after a guest has earned certain achievements on the Star Wars: Datapad, part of the Play Disney Parks app.
Just by entering Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, guests will earn the “Black Spire Explorer” achievement; experience Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run to earn the “Flight of the Falcon” achievement; and the “Hero of the Resistance” achievement is earned by experiencing Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.
Guests can show their achievements at the following locations to purchase the corresponding pins:
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- Keystone Clothiers
- Celebrity 5 & 10
- Disneyland Park
- Little Green Men Store Command
- Westward Ho Trading Company
