Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa, is on my Disney bucket list, and I hope to experience the resort one day. One of the things I’d love to experience is their signature dining location, ‘AMA’AMA, which has been closed. Disney just announced that this dining location would be opening very soon!
We are so excited to welcome you and your ‘ohana back to our signature oceanside restaurant, ‘AMA‘AMA, beginning Oct. 14, at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa!

Disney also mentioned that they made some changes to the dining experience.
The newly reimagined fine-dining experience features a delicious four-course, prix fixe dinner menu. Each course pays homage to the spirit of Hawai‘i, with unique flavors, high-quality ingredients and locally sourced fish and produce.

The most exciting thing about this announcement was seeing that the chef incorporates plant-based dishes and most of the menu is gluten-free. I think that’s fanatic, and it also makes this dining location inclusive to those with dietary restrictions.
The menu, created by the talented Chef De Cuisine Nicholas Amoriello, is almost completely gluten-free, with a plant-based option available for every course to ensure every type of dietary need can experience the very best of Hawai‘i’s flavors!

This dining location seems like the best spot to eat, relax and enjoy the ocean views. I think this would be the perfect meal to celebrate any occasion, whether it be an engagement, a wedding, an anniversary, or graduation.
If you are interested in making reservations for ‘AMA’AMA, here are all the details.
Reservations for ‘AMA‘AMA and other dining venues at Aulani Resort, can be made up to 30 days in advance beginning, Oct. 3, by visiting disneyaulani.com/dining or calling (808) 674-6200.

Hi, I'm Erica, and I write about all things Disney. Before working for The DIS, I was a theme park performer at SeaWorld, but I also performed at Disney. I have such an immense love for theme parks to the point I studied them in college.
