It’s been a long week, and this weekend, I am looking forward to a little downtime. Even though I’m not up for a huge cooking sesh in the kitchen as usual, I still like to bring a little Disney magic to my table to celebrate surviving the week. I can’t see a more perfect time to try this Green Tea Berry Mint Julep recipe from Disney Parks that was released a few days ago in honor of Mint Julep Day! This version of the staple beverage is from the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival.
