Do you know that feeling when, all of a sudden, you have a craving for an old Disney favorite? A hankering, if you will? That’s me this weekend as I work through the planning of our Walt Disney World to Disneyland, back-to-back trip, thinking about all the dishes I used to love from the Blue Bayou in New Orleans Square. Over the years, the menu has been refined to a smaller selection, but there are still a few kickers that I miss. But why miss out altogether when we can make a few of them from home? Let’s dive into the hushpuppies from New Orleans Square with this throw-back recipe from Disney Parks.
