A newer collection of Disney-themed Lincoln Logs sets brings classic Americana play straight into the heart of Frontierland. If you’ve been looking for a way to share a piece of your own childhood with your kids, Lincoln Logs are an easy place to start!

Lincoln Logs were invented in 1916 by John Lloyd Wright, son of architect Frank Lloyd Wright. Inspired by the interlocking beams used in the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo, Wright created the miniature notched logs so kids could build their own frontier-style cabins. They’re named after Abraham Lincoln, who was born in a one-room log cabin in Kentucky in 1809 and lived in a series of cabins along the frontier throughout his early life.
At Walt Disney World, Lincoln Logs have long felt at home. I vividly remember playing with a giant communal set in the lobby of Disney’s Wilderness Lodge while my family waited to check into our room. There I was, building little cabins beneath towering totem poles and a crackling fireplace…

Now, that same frontier spirit has made its way back into exclusive park merchandise. I recently spotted these at Frontierland’s Trading Post (as well as the Big Al’s kiosk across the way) at Magic Kingdom — with one super cute set currently available online!

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad Set – $49.99 (in parks)
Inspired by Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, this set includes 87 pieces and 3 characters:
- Cowboy Mickey
- Cowgirl Minnie
- Cowboy Donald
The build leans into that Old West mining town aesthetic, complete with tracks and the infamous runaway train, making it a natural fit for the wildest ride in the wilderness.

This set is currently on display with a few rock formation props inside the Trading Post:

Country Bear Jamboree Set – $34.99 (in parks)
The Country Bear Jamboree set features 92 pieces and 3 characters (in their original attraction costumes, too!):
- Henry
- Big Al
- Trixie
Here’s where things get interesting: while the park price is $34.99, the Country Bear set is currently available online at DisneyStore.com for $49.99. If you happen to catch it at the parks, grab it there to save a few bucks!

Frontier Trading Post Set – $24.99 (in parks)
This smaller set includes 44 pieces and 2 characters:
- Cowboy Mickey
- A horse

It’s charming to see this classic toy brand paired with Disney attractions from the 1970s! This one’s for anyone who grew up stacking Lincoln Logs on a living room floor – or in a Wilderness Lodge lobby. Will you be picking one of these up during your next Disney World visit?
