D-Living is the ultimate home décor boutique for Disney fans looking to bring a piece of magic from Disney Parks into their homes. The boutique consists of eight themed “stories” where guests will find merchandise pertaining to a blooming garden, a beach-inspired area, and even a section containing a selection of Star Wars-themed merchandise for your outdoor barbecue needs.
Steven Miller from the Disney Parks Blog had a chance to chat with David Soliman, Area Manager for Merchandise Presentation at Disney Springs, who gave some insight into the creation of the displays his team designed for the boutique.
“My team and I love being inspired by Disney merchandise to create immersive retail experiences,” said David. “With D-Living, we’ve been able to try many new visual displays. This time, we attached a giant Minnie Mouse statue covered in red and white flowers to a brick wall. We also created a twelve-foot stack of blue furniture to display our latest home décor line, the Citrus Collection. These whimsical displays are a fun way to complement many wonderful products from Disney Parks.”
Check out the suspended LED panels that will make you feel as though you are standing under a puffy, cloudy summer sky. We’re seeing that guests should pay close attention to the butterflies located on and around the gigantic green Disney “D” behind the cash register area.
D-Living is in the Town Center at Disney Springs neighboring UNOde50.
