Disney fans who like their Halloween wardrobe a little more practical than another spirit jersey are getting two new collections from Crowned Athletics this month. The new Disney activewear features Jack Skellington, Sally, and Cruella de Vil, with everything from leggings and sports bras to skorts, tanks, accessories, and even a couple of goodies for the dogs.
There are actually two separate release dates to remember. The Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas collection launches September 17, followed by the Cruella de Vil collection on September 22. Both will be available through Crowned Athletics.
Jack Skellington Goes Surprisingly Subtle

I’m kind of loving what they did with the Jack Skellington pieces because they don’t immediately scream Disney activewear from across the room. The mostly black designs use thin gray pinstripes filled with tiny Halloween Town details, while Jack himself makes an appearance on several pieces.

The collection includes Jack Skellington leggings and a coordinating sports bra, along with an athletic skort and Power Tank. There’s also a unisex collared shirt with an embroidered Jack face that might be one of the easiest pieces in the entire collection to wear outside the gym. And YES, there are pockets on some of these pieces. Crowned Athletics clearly understands the assignment.

Jack fans can also pick up a Zero athletic cap and a Zero pet bandana, because apparently your dog has been walking around completely underdressed for Halloween this entire time.

Sally Gets ALL the Color

If subtle isn’t what you’re looking for, Sally has entered the chat.

Her collection goes in the complete opposite direction with bright pink, turquoise, yellow, and black patterns inspired by her familiar patchwork look. There are leggings, a sports bra, Flow Tank, athletic skort, Power Tank, and a sheer mesh shrug that adds another layer without covering up all that color.

There’s also a Zero hair bow that works awfully well with these pieces, and the photography shows just how easily the different Sally items can be mixed together rather than worn as one exact set.

Cruella Is Ready for a runDisney Race

Then we have Cruella de Vil, whose collection arrives September 22 and leans heavily into her unmistakable black, white, and red color palette. Dalmatian-inspired spots cover the leggings, skorts, tanks, and sports bras, with pops of red and turquoise breaking up all that black and white.

This one feels particularly made for Disney fans who love putting together themed outfits for a runDisney weekend. The pieces look unmistakably Cruella without requiring you to exercise in a giant faux-fur coat, which I think we can all agree would be less than ideal in Florida.

The Cruella collection also includes a Flow Tank, mesh shrug, hair bow, and pet bandana. Several of the Crowned Athletics designs incorporate hidden pockets for phones, cards, and other small essentials, which immediately makes them more interesting for an actual theme park day.

Between the understated Jack Skellington pieces, Sally’s explosion of Halloween Town color, and Cruella’s ridiculously appropriate athletic take on Dalmatian spots, these feel quite different from a lot of the Disney Halloween apparel we’ve seen this year. The Nightmare Before Christmas collection arrives September 17, while Cruella gets her moment in the spotlight on September 22.
