Just in time for the Halloween season, The Haunted Mansion is taking a ghostly step beyond the gates of Disney Parks (and DisneyStore.com). Spirit Halloween, the seasonal retail giant known for bringing spooky to the suburbs, has unveiled an official collection of Haunted Mansion-themed merchandise, both online at SpiritHalloween.com and set to arrive in stores as locations open their doors throughout the summer.

— Jokes. I’ve got jokes.
While this isn’t the first year Spirit Halloween has conjured up a Haunted Mansion collection, what makes the collaboration especially notable is what it reflects about the attraction’s place in the Disney canon. The Haunted Mansion has become arguably the only Disney attraction to fully transcend the theme park gates, with its iconography now a fixture in mainstream pop culture retail. While Disney-branded merchandise is nothing new, themed items tied so specifically to a single attraction have historically been reserved for shops within the gates of Disneyland or Walt Disney World.

From eerie décor to costumes and apparel inspired by the attraction’s most iconic characters and visuals, the collection pays homage to the beloved Disney ride that has become a cultural phenomenon. You’ll find items like replica tombstones, ghostly portraits, detailed costumes, and home décor modeled after the mansion’s wallpaper and stretching room. You can view the full collection HERE, but take a peek (if you dare) at a few standout pieces below that every Haunted Mansion enthusiast should have on their radar.
