Well, Disney has found another way to separate Pirates of the Caribbean fans from their money, and this time there’s a parrot involved.
Disney Parks just revealed the Pirate Parrot Mug, a new souvenir mug coming soon to The Beak & Barrel at Magic Kingdom. Even better, Disney isn’t sending this particular piece of pirate loot out into the world empty. The mug will be served with a new cocktail called Mariner’s Fortune.
Mariner’s Fortune is a bold punch made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, guava, DOLE Pineapple Juice, ginger, and lime. Disney hasn’t announced a price or release date for the new mug yet, only saying that it’s “coming soon.”
The Beak & Barrel opened in Adventureland in August 2025 and has quickly become another spot for Disney fans who love collectible drinkware. The Pirates of the Caribbean-inspired pub already offers the Plunderer’s Punch, which comes with a souvenir pirate skull mug. The menu is filled with plenty of other appropriately pirate-y cocktails, small bites, and nods to the classic attraction and films.
Now the Pirate Parrot Mug is joining the crew.
Disney’s first look at the mug shows a wonderfully grumpy-looking parrot carved in a wood-style finish, wearing an oversized pirate hat complete with a skull and crossbones. He’s also sporting an anchor medallion. It looks much more like a piece of Pirates of the Caribbean décor than your typical souvenir mug, which is probably going to make this one especially hard for collectors to resist.
And if you’re anything like me, there’s a good chance the actual cocktail becomes secondary once you start thinking about how you’re going to get that parrot home safely in your suitcase.
Disney hasn’t shared whether the Pirate Parrot Mug will have a purchase limit or how long it will stick around once it debuts. For now, we’ll have to wait for those details along with the price and official release date.
One thing seems fairly certain: Pirates fans and Disney souvenir mug collectors are going to want this one.
