Disney is ramping up the merch drops ahead of Star Wars Day 2026, and the latest batch is one fans are likely going to want to keep an eye on.
A new collection featuring Star Wars-themed baseball jerseys and a first-ever Spirit Jersey Mystery Box for adults is set to launch April 24 at 8 a.m. PT on DisneyStore.com. This release is part of Disney’s ongoing weekly rollout of new Star Wars merchandise leading up to May the 4th.
Let’s start with the jerseys.
These are built around a simple idea. Pick a side. You’ve got designs inspired by the Rebel Alliance and the Galactic Empire, each pulling in familiar colors and insignia tied to those factions. Both jerseys also feature the number 77 on the back, a clear nod to Star Wars: A New Hope and the year it hit theaters.
If you don’t want to wait for the online drop, there’s some good news. The baseball jerseys are already available at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort, so guests in the parks may be able to grab one early.
Then there’s the wildcard item in this release.
Disney is introducing its first Star Wars Spirit Jersey Mystery Box for adults, and it’s exactly what it sounds like. Each blind box includes one of six possible designs inspired by retro concept art from Episodes I through VI, along with a collector card. There’s also a rare, secret design mixed in, which is where things could get interesting for collectors.
Like most mystery-style releases, this one is going to be hit or miss depending on how much you like the surprise element. But for fans of vintage Star Wars artwork, it’s an easy way to build a collection quickly.
