Over my days of Disney fandom, I’ve met myself many a collector. They come in all shapes and sizes, from pin trading fans to oversized plush toy collections that need their own room in a home to be accommodated. I’ve seen card collectors, mug collectors, LEGO collectors, and more. There has been more than one Disney hoarder among those, but that’s a conversation for another day. One item I’ve found extremely popular over the years is accumulating snow globes. For many, it’s one from every destination they’ve been to, and although I’ve always questioned how they get them all safely home, I can’t deny that it’s a lovely keepsake to hold on to, especially when it comes to Disney ones. Somehow, like everything else they do, each snow globe seems to have just a little more magic sprinkled inside, really taking you back to a moment in time of joy in a stronger way than any other. Of course, I am a child of the 90s, so the magic of a snow globe was cemented in my magical mind at a young age, thanks to The Santa Clause movie from 1994.
Getting back to the point, Disney has just released a brand new mega snow globe that is worth a look if you are a collector with a missing piece of your puzzle. The new addition has a height of 13″ (roughly 33cm), both higher in stature and price than most you will have seen, even from Disney. Let’s take a look:
