It's asked that you give them at least 72 hours notice when planning your dining.
When making your reservations, let the Cast Member know which foods need to be avoided and the dining staff will be alerted. When you arrive at the restaurant, remind them of your needs and they'll take it from there. Just call (407) WDW-DINE and you're good to go. The best part is that there are no additional fees for this service.
At the Quick Service venues, you'll need to use the same cautions you would at home. Fortunately, Disney now has many choices not found at your average fast food spot. Veggies and dip, grilled chicken, salads, fruit are among the options that can be selected when you need to avoid wheat, eggs, nuts, etc.
With a little advance planning you can fully enjoy all of the terrific restaurants that Disney is known for.
Quick Service and Table Service restaurants throughout the theme parks and Resort hotels. In addition, a new menu icon has been added to menus so that guests will easily be able to tell which items are plant-based. Guests now have over 400 sweet and savory items to choose from including many brand new dishes.
