At the Quick Service venues, you'll need to use the same cautions you would at home. Fortunately, Disney now has many choices not found at your average fast food spot. Veggies and dip, grilled chicken, salads, fruit are among the options that can be selected when you need to avoid wheat, eggs, nuts, etc.

Allergy-Friendly Menus
Walt Disney World offers allergy-friendly menus at all of their restaurants. Guests with dietary restrictions will be able to order straight from the menu without speaking to a chef. The option of speaking to a chef is still available as well.Plant Based Meals at Disney
The Walt Disney World Resort has fresh, plant-based menu items available all of their major Quick Service and Table Service restaurants throughout the theme parks and Resort hotels. In addition, a new menu icon has been added to menus so that guests will easily be able to tell which items are plant-based. Kosher meals can be accommodated at all table-service and select quick-service restaurants. Kosher meals should be requested 24 hours in advance by calling (407) WDW-DINE.
