Today, I’m thrilled to spotlight a delicious, festive experience happening this holiday season: Paseo’s Cocina Navideña: A Holiday Heritage Celebration, located at 1580 Disneyland Drive, Anaheim, CA 92802, though you might know it better as one of the new highlights of Downtown Disney at the Disneyland Resort!
On Saturday, December 13 and Saturday, December 20, 2025, starting at 2:00 PM, Paseo invites guests to join Executive Chef Rudy López and the team for a festive culinary event rooted in tradition. During the session, you’ll find live demonstrations of beloved holiday dishes and drinks, tied to family stories and regional flavors.
On arrival, enjoy Paseo’s signature chips, salsa, and guacamole to kick off the evening, followed by live demonstrations of:
- Tamales – crafted in the traditional style and designed so that you can recreate them at home.
- Churros – golden, crispy, dusted with cinnamon sugar, and full of nostalgia.
- Ponche Navideño – the classic holiday punch; and for guests 21+, a tequila option is included.
Ticket pricing: Adults are listed at $70 (plus tax and gratuity), while children are listed at $55 (plus tax and gratuity). Because it’s a special event with limited dates and unique content, seats are likely to sell out quickly, so booking ahead is highly recommended.
