Sometimes, when I think back to the days when Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge had just been announced for Disneyland, it seems like so long ago. Even though, at the time, I couldn’t think of what the park would be like to add a new land from a galaxy far, far away, now, I can’t imagine it any other way. Somehow, time has flown past since the opening, and May 31st will make five years that guests have been enjoying this new approach to reaching Disneyland’s broader audience.
For a limited time, from May 31st through June 2nd, guests visiting Batuu can celebrate the 5th anniversary with a serving of the local favorite BBQ Pork Shanks! These delicious BBQ Pork Shanks come with a leek and Brussels sprouts salad and blueberry corn muffin and will be available at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo.
