The Ultimate Breakfast Spot at Disneyland

There’s no shortage of great dining options at the Disneyland Resort and classics snacks that almost feel like a rite of passage. With so many choices it can be hard to narrow down the must-have list on a Disneyland vacation. If you’re looking for a shareable breakfast option to round out your perfect Disneyland morning, we’ve got the place for you! Maurice’s Treats next to the Royal Theatre is home to two must-have snacks on your visit to Disneyland.

Maurice’s Treats is a snack stand to the left of Sleeping Beauty Castle and can often be spotted by the long line. Don’t let this scare you away, the line moves quickly! The menu consists of different variations of the famous cheesy garlic pretzel bread, the chocolate croissant cookie, and a selection of beverages. Once you grab these must have snacks, find a bench by the castle and soak in the magic of a new day at Disneyland.

Cheesy Garlic Pretzel Bread – with scrambled eggs and sausage – $13.49

The cheesy garlic pretzel bread is a famous Disneyland snack found at both Maurice’s Treats and Edelweiss Snacks over by the Matterhorn. This soft pretzel bun is served warm with plenty of cheese and garlic. Making it one of the best savory snacks in all of Disneyland. At both locations, you can get the cheesy garlic pretzel bread by itself, as a bratwurst sandwich, and now as a breakfast sandwich.

The best part of all is it’s easily shareable for two people and even more delicious. The cheesy garlic pretzel bread was made to be a breakfast sandwich and every bite is the perfect ratio of bread, eggs, and sausage. Just like the very popular Disneyland breakfast chimichanga, you only find this sandwich until 11 am… if it doesn’t sell out before then.

Chocolate Croissant Cookie – $6.79

The chocolate croissant cookie is quite literally a super condensed chocolate croissant covered in sugar. And if that doesn’t sound like heaven, I don’t know what does. It’s a hefty cookie and would be a lot for one person even with a major sweet tooth. The croissant cookie has a crisp exterior while still being chewy and with plenty of chocolate. While you can get this sweet treat all day, it would pair perfectly with a cup of coffee.

I already can’t wait to get back to Disneyland to have the cheesy garlic pretzel bread and chocolate croissant cookie again. In fact, I’m getting a second croissant cookie to take home with me next time.
