If you’ve been working on your Christmas in July menu and considering adding a Gingerbread House to the occasion, boy, do I have some Disney inspiration for you! Here is one of my favorite Disney Eats clips ever – Disney’s Up-inspired gingerbread house. I love watching it, even if I’m not in the gingerbread zone. The sheer creativity that has gone into this one is just a small reminder of what the Disney culinary teams are capable of. Now, the question is, how can we recreate this on a smaller scale without it looking like an episode of Nailed It?
I’ve seen a few attempts at this house as well as more traditional gingerbread house shapes with similar colors and balloons on top, and I have to say, they look pretty good! Is anyone from our DIS community up for the challenge on this one? I can even see this one being a really cute wedding cake if there was a Disney theme involved.
