As part of this year’s exciting celebration of Hispanic and Latin American culture this month, we’ve been showing you some of the extraordinary dishes that Disney cast members have been adding to the festivities. Bringing influences from their Hispanic and Latin American Heritage to our plates, cast members like Suni Quinones Rivera, an Assistant Sous Chef at the Walt Disney World Resort, are offering a taste of their family’s culture all the way from home to the Magic Kingdom.
One of these examples can be found at Cinderella’s Royal Table, where the Creamy Plantain Soup, inspired by Rivera’s family recipe, has been featured this month. Now, you can bring that same magic to your family dinner table by creating the dish thanks to this new recipe from Disney Eats!
