Do you guys remember years ago when Disney came out with all kinds of fun stickers for iMessage? I seem to remember that I’d recently switched over from a Blackberry to iPhone so the thought that I could use them in messages was pretty fun. I was so excited about them but then I found out that I had to pay for each of the packs and I never got them because I didn’t want to dish out the cash.
With all the free stickers and emojis we have access to now, I actually forgot about the cool Disney ones that were available for a fee. Well, I forgot about them until yesterday when the Disney Parks Blog announced that they were giving them away for FREE for a limited time as part of their new Disney Magic Moments campaign.
That’s right, some of their most popular Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel Stickers for iMessage are completely free for a limited time (Apr 13 – May 8):
- Disney Stickers: Frozen 2
- Disney Stickers: Mickey & Friends
- Pixar Stickers: Onward
- Pixar Stickers: Toy Story 4
- Star Wars Stickers: The Rise of Skywalker
- Marvel Stickers: Hero Mix
So, yes, I downloaded all six of these packs and they’re securely stored on my phone now to use as I please. What can I say? It’s ALL about the little things at this point because digital communication has now become more a part of our lives than it ever was before and whenever I can add a bit of magic to it, I’m HERE FOR IT.
Speaking of digital magic, Disney also announced that they teamed up with Amazon on a Disney Stories offer for Amazon Alexa users using the Disney Stories skill. The stories are perfect for reading together or the kids can enjoy reading independently.
The Disney Stories skill is free to enable on Alexa and it includes four free stories:
- The Lion King: A Day Without Pumbaa
- Monsters, Inc.: Boo on the Loose
- Disney Princess: Cinderella’s Best Ever Creations
- Pop Star Minnie
Right now, you can purchase a bundle of 50 additional stories for the special price of $0.99 (normally $9.99). To get started visit the Disney Stories page on Amazon, or simply say, “Alexa, open Disney Stories” to your Amazon Alexa.
