In a surprise appearance, Jodi Benson, the voice of The Little Mermaid’s Ariel, joined Ashley Eckstein on stage for this year’s D23 Mousequerade. Each year, Ashley Eckstein hosts the Mousequerade; a celebration of Disney cosplay. Jodi Benson sang a few lines from Part of Your World and happy birthday to Nina West who also co-hosted the showcase. Nina West was wearing a very clever “backside of water” gown inspired by the Jungle Cruise.
It just goes to show that you never know who will show up on the Spotlight Stage at D23!
