Toy Story of Terror

A small-town Halloween festival takes an unexpected turn in this 2002 Disney film, The Scream Team. Rated PG, this is a good selection for families with younger children who are past the animation phase and looking for some Halloween entertainment.
Trick or Treat
For a look back on a 1952 original, check out Trick or Treat, where Donald and his nephews get involved in some Halloween mischief. This is a shorter offering at around 9 minutes, making it the perfect warm-up for a longer feature film.
