Hey, friends! During my usual weekend scroll through all things Disney, I realized it had been a little while since we checked in with our international parks. I always love seeing what is happening beyond our local castles, and after a bit of digging, I have some delicious updates to share from Shanghai Disney Resort and Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.
Over in Shanghai, the resort is preparing to mark a full decade of magic in the most mouthwatering way possible. Beginning March 20th, the 10-year Anniversary Celebration brings with it a lineup of specialty eats that feel both festive and thoughtfully local. Guests can look forward to signature Chinese noodle dishes crafted just for the occasion, commemorative dining souvenirs, colorful celebratory sweets, and the return of fan favorite snacks that longtime visitors will love. It is the kind of anniversary where the food feels just as important as the fireworks, honoring the parkās roots while giving guests plenty of new flavors to try. Let’s take a look:

Meanwhile, Hong Kong Disneyland is leaning into charm with a collection of character-inspired treats that celebrate the friendship and adventurous spirit of Mickey and Duffy. From beautifully presented afternoon delights to playful seasonal bites, the offerings are as photogenic as they are tempting. Each dessert looks carefully designed to reflect the personalities we love, with those little precious details that make you almost not want to take the first bite because they look too cute to disturb. I said almost.

If there is one thing that consistently rings true, it is that the international parks absolutely win the cute cuisine crown. The attention to detail at Tokyo Disney Resort, Shanghai, and Hong Kong never feels ordinary. Even though Duffy did not quite find his footing in the US parks, he continues to shine overseas, surrounded by an entire circle of friends who rival our Fab Five in popularity across the Asian market. I cannot help but wish we could see a few of these specialty items pop up in the World Showcase pavilions at Walt Disney World, bringing just a sprinkle of that international pixie dust to fans closer to home.
