UPDATE 8/19/20: Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa remains closed and a reopening date has not yet been determined as the Resort continues to follow guidelines from government and health officials in planning their reopening.
As a result, reservations at the Resort throughout the month of September will be cancelled. For stays occurring during the month of September, room reservations can be cancelled and Disney will waive Disney-imposed room reservation cancellation penalties.

With no reopening date announced as of yet, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, has cancelled reservations at the resort through the end of August.
Aulani Resort will waive all cancellation penalties and encourages guests to choose a future date for their vacation.
For guests wishing to book travel for this fall, Aulani is currently offering a discount of up to 35% off a 5-night stay for select nights from September 1 through November 22 and November 28 through December 21. Some restrictions apply and not all rooms are eligible for the discount.
Upon reopening, Aulani Resort rooms, restaurants and other locations may be limited in capacity and subject to restricted availability or closure based on direction from health experts and government officials to promote physical distancing. Furthermore, experiences, services and amenities may be modified, have limited availability or may remain closed. Offerings are not guaranteed. Aulani Resort reserves the right to cancel any reservations or purchases and provide applicable refunds.
