‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Releases Full Trailer

'Avengers: Infinity War' Releases Full Trailer avengers

The long-awaited trailer for Avengers: Infinity War has finally been released! The film, which will be released in theaters on May 4, 2018, is the first part of a two-part Infinity War series, with the second film expected to be released on May 3, 2019.

In Avengers: Infinity War the Avenger’s now face their biggest threat, Thanos, as he intends to end the world as we know it. It is up to the Avengers to prevent him from collecting all six Infinity Stones which will grant him their limitless power.

In the trailer we see Thanos arriving to earth, and then a slew of Avengers like Iron Man, the Hulk, Spider-Man and more recognizing his arrival. In one of the scenes Loki appears to hand over the Tesseract, otherwise known as the Space Stone, to Thanos. Additionally, we see Thanos with the purple stone already as part of the Infinity Gauntlet. The purple stone is the Power Stone. This guarantees that Thanos at least already has 2 of the Infinity Stones by the end of the film. In a later scene, it looks as if the Mind Stone is ripped from the Vision’s forehead. It is uncertain how these scenes play out and how this may have been edited in a way to confuse us about the timeline, but it is very possible that Thanos may actually have three of the Infinity Stones, just judging from this trailer.

The trailer concludes with Thor asking the Guardians of the Galaxy, “Who the hell are you guys?”
