A new dining experience is roaming its way into DinoLand, U.S.A. at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
According to Disney, their “paleontology students have conspired to open a fun and exclusive burger joint right at Restaurantosaurus” that will offer hand-crafted burgers along with a build-your-own sundae bar.
For $22.99 plus tax for adults and $14.99 plus tax for children ages 3-9, guests can select an entrée and a side dish and build their own sundae for dessert. The menu includes choices such as gourmet burgers, a chicken sandwich, a veggie burger, and a salad. Sides available are fries or onion rings served with a house-made dipping sauce. Dinner also includes a non-alcoholic beverage. Alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase.
Once you place your order, you’ll be given a token to redeem for a bowl filled with two scoops of ice cream. Once you’ve got your bowl, you can head over to the toppings bar and build your own sundae with all kinds of goodies to choose from.
Guests will be able to color with fun dinosaur stencils while cast members entertain them with games and stories of the paleontology students who created the restaurant.
Additionally, one quick-service meal entitlement on the Disney Dining Plan can be used for this experience. Quick service dining at Restaurantosaurus will still be available. Guests partaking in this new dinner experience will check in at a designated register where they will be escorted to a table in a separate dining room. Reservations can be made now for dates beginning August 18 either online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE.
