Until now, we’ve just been given hints into the creative dishes coming to the new Lamplight Lounge on Pixar Pier, but today, the full menu is finally up on the official Disneyland website!
Lamplight Lounge opens June 23rd at Disney California Adventure.
The new lounge and restaurant, with a gastro-pub inspired menu, takes the place of both Ariel’s Grotto and the Cove Bar. The downstairs area will take reservations and serve the full menu, while upstairs will be first-come-first-served and feature just appetizers. Reservations are already being taken for lunch and dinner!
Appetizers (“Bites”) include Deviled Eggs and Toast [$12.00], Carne Asada Roll [$17.00], Crispy Piggy Wings [$17.00], Potato Skins [$14.00], Tuna Poke [$18.00], Crab and Tuna Roll [$19.00], and the famous Lobster Nachos [$20.00].
The Entree (“Bigger Bites”) menu features Spinach Salad [$21.00], Salmon PLT [$23.00], Chicken Sandwich [$21.00], Grilled Chicken Salad [$21.00], Ratatouille [$19.00], and a Cheddar Burger [$22.00].
The only dessert listed at this time is Donuts [$9.00], serve with dipping sauces.
Younger guests can choose between Chicken (grilled tenders) [$10.00], a PB and J Roll [$8.00], Burger Slider [$10.00], or Pasta [$10.00] with cheese sauce. All are served with hummus, fresh veggies and fruit.
The cocktail menu is also available. Highlights include the Over Budget, which is made with Grey Goose vodka, liquid alchemist passion fruit, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, and ginger beer, and the Plot Twist, featuring Absolut Citron vodka, Midori liqueur, white cranberry juice, and fresh lime juice.
