Disney fans who are making plans to spend their summer vacations along Florida’s scenic Atlantic Treasure Coast might be excited to learn that the character breakfast at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort is returning to Wind & Waves Grill, and dining reservations are now open!
Beginning on April 20, 2024, the popular character breakfast will be available with a brand-new menu on Saturdays only from 8 a.m. to noon.
New items on the menu include a Pastry Boat full of assorted mini-pastries with a mixed berry compote on the side.
Blueberry Pancakes loaded with blueberries and homemade blueberry syrup hot off the griddle are sure to be a hit with the whole family.
The Bananas Foster French Toast is prepared with fluffy challah bread, drizzled with bananas foster sauce, and served with a side of crisp bacon.
Guests looking for something more savory might try the Treasure Omelet, a flavorful blend of golden cheddar, ham, bell peppers, and onions served alongside seasoned home fries.
Also on the menu is the Citrus Splash, featuring flavors of coconut with orange, banana, pineapple juice, and grenadine.
Goofy and Pluto, dressed in their beach best, will make the rounds, visiting each table as you dine.
Reservations for this location can be made now for dates beginning April 20, 2024, through Open Table.
